EDUCATION
Ph.D. in Decision Science, INSEAD, France (2023 - Ongoing)
B.Eng (Honors) in Computer Science, CUHK-Shenzhen, China (2018-2022)

I pursue two distinct but complementary research areas at the intersection of management, artificial intelligence, and decision science.

In one stream, I develop a Human-AI collaborative framework for theory building, integrating human, machine learning, and generative AI to co-create theories in management research. This project is rooted in meta-science and knowledge creation.

In a second stream, I focus on modeling methodologies for data-driven decision-making. My work investigates how optimization, estimation, and prediction can be designed to better serve managerial objectives. I currently study customer segmentation as an application context.

Together, these two streams reflect my commitment to building computationally rigorous, decision-relevant, and scientifically grounded tools for advancing management research, in the broad area of “Human + AI + Decision Science”
