I am a PhD candidate in Strategy at INSEAD. I am on the 2026-2027 academic job market.
My research lies at the intersection of strategic human capital and emerging markets. In my dissertation, I study how firms in emerging economies create and manage their talent pipelines and human capital. To explore these questions, I leverage field experiments and large proprietary datasets, collaborating closely with public firms and large non-governmental organizations.
