
INSEAD, The Business School for the World, marks 7th consecutive year as academic partner of ChangeNOW, the world’s largest event dedicated to the most promising solutions for the planet.
Taking place at the iconic Grand Palais in Paris from 24-26 April, ChangeNOW 2025 will gather 1,000+ leaders to share knowledge, expertise, real-world examples and actionable frameworks to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable world.
INSEAD Dean Francisco Veloso will be on the main stage on 25 April to discuss the topic: “Thinking Long Term in a Short-Term World” together with Fabrice Barthelemy (CEO, Tarkett) and Laurence Pessez (CSO, BNP). On 24 April, Katell Le Goulven, Founding Executive Director of the Hoffmann Institute, is moderating a top panel on landscape restoration featuring speakers from Triodos Investment Management, a COP16 Desertification representative and World Resources Institute.
For the second year in a row, INSEAD, through its Corporate Governance Centre is partnering with Chapter Zero and other institutions to host the world’s largest gathering of committed board members at ChangeNOW on 25 April. The half-day programme is dedicated to sharing best practices for effective governance of sustainability. Thomas Keusch, Assistant Professor of Accounting and Control at INSEAD, will speak at the flagship session ‘Getting Your Board on Board’.
This year, INSEAD Hoffmann Institute annual gathering at ChangeNOW will spotlight the power of impact entrepreneurship in emerging economies. In the last decade, impact entrepreneurship has emerged as a driving force in addressing structural inequalities and climate challenges in emerging economies.
The Impact Entrepreneurship Forum, jointly organised by the INSEAD Hoffmann Institute and INSEAD Africa Initiative on 25 April, will dive into real-world examples, critical data, and diverse perspectives from academics and entrepreneurs. Discussions will focus on innovative frameworks, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and accountability structures, with a special focus on regions most affected by climate change and economic exclusion.

The event also fosters peer learning opportunities for the school’s flagship Hans Wahl Impact Entrepreneurship Programme (HWIEP), formerly Social Entrepreneurship Programme (ISEP), directed by Professor Jasjit Singh and Dr Katell Le Goulven. Its 1000+ members across 80+ countries are recognised by international entrepreneurship community and have won top awards. Notable winners include Catalina Cock Duque (Colombia, 2024) and Aline Sara (Lebanon, 2025), both named Schwab Social Entrepreneurs of the Year. INSEAD graduates and alumni will once again present their companies at the 2025 Solutions Fair.
The Impact Entrepreneurship Forum will kick off with the Virtual Gathering on 16 April.
Another feature of this year’s event is a session by the Business Schools for Climate Leadership coalition, which will address climate change and its integration into business education. INSEAD Dean Francisco Veloso will speak on "Climate Change and Business Education: Top Business School Deans on Climate Action and Global Responsibility" at the Dean’s Panel.
