About Scholarship
This endowed scholarship was generously established by AMPA Foundation, facilitated by Luc Van Schil MBA’81. Luc wishes to provide talented Sub-Saharan MBA candidates with access to INSEAD’s world-class international education, regardless of their financial circumstances.
The Scholarship contributes to increasing the representation of Sub-Saharan Africans in the MBA programme, upholding the excellence, diversity and global perspective that are hallmarks of the school.
It is the donor’s hope that the recipients of this award will join AMPA Foundation’s advisory network to help foster entrepreneurship in Africa; facilitate investments in new or existing African SMEs leading to job creation and improved living conditions.
Eligibility
2 scholarships will be awarded each year to Sub-Saharan African MBA candidates who require financial assistance. Eligible candidates must be nationals of a Sub-Saharan African country, have spent a substantial part of their lives, and received part of their prior education in the region. Only candidates who are admitted to the MBA programme or are in the interview process may apply.
