The INSEAD MBA Employment Statistics for the Class of 2025 show how an INSEAD MBA equips graduates to build global, adaptable careers in a fragmented economy.

INSEAD graduates continue to demonstrate exceptional international mobility and market awareness. This year, students secured post-MBA roles across 57 countries, the widest geographic reach among leading MBA programmes, and were hired by 257 companies worldwide. These outcomes reflect INSEAD’s distinctive global approach, enabling graduates to pursue opportunities across markets rather than relying on a narrow set of destinations.

Career transformation remains at the heart of the INSEAD MBA experience. 65% of graduates changed sector, function or country, with many making multiple transitions at once. Management consulting remained the leading destination, attracting 50% of graduates, followed by Corporate Sectors at 17% and Financial Services at 15%. Technology, Media and Telecommunications accounted for 18% of post-MBA outcomes, reflecting growing interest in technology-driven roles and AI-enabled transformation across industries.

Overall employability remains resilient, with 81% of graduates receiving at least one job offer within three months of graduation, and women ahead at 85%. Salary outcomes reflect the breadth of global opportunities pursued by graduates, supported by robust sign-on bonuses and continued employer confidence.

These outcomes are shaped by the close partnership between INSEAD students and the Career Development Centre, which combines personalised career coaching with employer engagement and deep geographic and sector expertise, enabling students to navigate career decisions with clarity and confidence.
