About the Scholarship

INSEAD’s mission is to develop the brightest minds from around the world and prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow’s business landscape. The Executive Master in Finance (EMFIN) Programme embodies this mission by bringing together professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds to learn, collaborate, and exchange best practices in leadership, corporate finance, and management. The programme’s fast paced, participative learning environment is enriched by the heterogeneity of its participants. Aligned with this mission, the EMFIN Scholarship for Women aims to expand opportunities for women leaders in finance by supporting talented female professionals who demonstrate exceptional promise, achievement, and motivation. This scholarship reflects INSEAD’s broader commitment to increase the representation of women in key educational gateways and global business networks through both financial and developmental support. Purpose The scholarship seeks to: • Encourage greater participation of women in the EMFIN programme • Support high potential female finance professionals in advancing their leadership journeys • Reduce financial barriers for outstanding candidates who may otherwise be unable to pursue the programme

Eligibility

The scholarship will cover a portion of the tuition fees. Awards are based primarily on merit, with financial need also taken into consideration during the evaluation process. Eligibility Criteria Applicants must: • Be women professionals with a strong track record of academic and professional achievement • Demonstrate motivation, leadership potential, and a commitment to contributing to the EMFIN community • Be self funded or partially sponsored, with sponsorship not exceeding 50% of tuition fees

Amount of Award

Several scholarships ranging from SG$5,000 to SG$15,000 will be awarded per intake.
