In keeping with the socially impactful initiatives that are adding value in Africa, I am committed to the transformation of social work by religious women into sustainable social enterprises via business advisory, capacity building, networking, innovation and financing. I lead the research pillar in the Sisters’ Blended Value Project funded by Conrad N. Hilton Foundation targeting over 600 sisters from 147 congregations in East and Central Africa.
