Xinyu is an Assistant Professor of Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD.
Her research utilizes empirical and experimental methods to explore the social impact of healthcare policy and supply chain strategy. Specifically, her work examines several key components of the healthcare supply chain, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmacy operations, insurance policy design, and prescription decisions. Her research is conducted in close collaboration with industry partners, frontline professionals, and scholars in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. She has served as a consultant to several leading pharmaceutical companies at McKinsey and IQVIA, as well as to mental health related nonprofit organizations.
Xinyu holds a Ph.D. degree in Technology and Operations from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a B.E. degree in Financial Engineering from Nanjing University.
