Teaching at INSEAD is a powerful and synergistic combination of theory and practice, the MBA classroom is where it comes together best.

"To a large extent, teaching at INSEAD is based on active research and involvement in doctoral seminars, and active involvement with senior executives and executive education. This is a powerful and synergistic combination of theory and practice, and for me, the MBA classroom is where it comes together best. I suspect that at INSEAD learning occurs as much or more outside the classroom as inside. Our participants bring to campus globally diverse backgrounds and work experience and bright and curious minds. When combined with the structure of our curriculum, it makes INSEAD an intense and magnificent learning environment."

Subi Rangan received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a PhD from Harvard University. His research and teaching interests revolve around the strategy and management challenges facing multinational firms. He is working currently on the topics of global competition among and cross-border cooperation within multinational firms.
