The Challenge of Leadership programme is for me essential if you want to develop yourself as a leader and person to the next level. The programme gave me key insights in my own patterns in life, and a huge source of learning from getting a deep insight from the fellow participants as well as the professors mentoring us through the four modules.
The Challenge of Leadership programme gave me a greater understanding of what happens behind the scenes of either individuals or organisations, and how that influence performance and the ability for growth. By gaining access to the toolbox on how to deal with these challenges, it will make yourself as a person and leader, and through that also your company, elevate its potential.
This is a life changing programme, and if you are willing to, it will change your future both as a person and leader.
