Attending the Challenge of Leadership programme (COL) was one of the best decisions I made last year.
The format of the program, in which each participant is a "living case study", is truly unique. The programme allowed me to further deepen my self-awareness, build resilience, and continue progressing on a journey towards self-authored or perhaps in the future, self-transforming mindset.
