I can’t say enough about how beneficial and enjoyable the Lead the Future experience has been. Rooted in the foundations of INSEAD’s Executive MBA, the programme emphasises innovation, strategy and leadership in a digital and AI-driven world, building competencies to navigate persistent uncertainty and continuous disruption. Everything I learned has had a direct, positive impact on my work and helped shape my career.
I was privileged to participate alongside a global, cross-industry cohort that enriched my learning with stories and experiences that have helped reframe the way I approach my own world of work. The year culminated in a three-day capstone held in person at the main INSEAD campus in Fontainebleau, France. This was an opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with my cohort through rigorous workshops and case study simulations designed to stretch and challenge everything we’d covered over the year.
It was truly a privilege to learn from some of the best teachers in the world and share this experience with such a diverse and inspiring group of people.
