Lead the Future has been an eye-opening experience—challenging, inspiring, and immensely valuable. It pushed me to think differently about leadership, innovation and what it takes to navigate an ever-evolving future.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey was the opportunity to connect and collaborate with an exceptional network of peers—59 multidisciplinary professionals from 32 countries across the globe. Learning from such diverse perspectives has been both inspiring and enriching, and these connections will stay with me far beyond the programme.
Balancing a demanding job with intensive learning was not always easy. It required discipline, late nights and a lot of dedication. But looking back, every effort was worth it. I’m grateful to have earned the Lead the Future Certificate today. More importantly, I’m taking away new perspectives, tools and a mindset that I’m confident will create lasting value in the future.
