From Imposter Syndrome to Intentional Leadership

I am the Managing Director of Deporvillage. My current focus is scaling the business in a financially and organizationally sustainable way, while reinforcing our position as a leader in the premium intensive sports segment. The greatest challenge is navigating the shift from functional excellence to comprehensive business ownership, ensuring that our entrepreneurial DNA remains intact as we grow. The most fulfilling part is aligning our strategic vision with the raw talent of our team to create an ecosystem that truly serves the athlete.

 At this pivotal stage of my career, I felt the need to pressure-test my leadership framework. I wanted to move beyond managing complexity and start defining the strategy within it. I came seeking the tools to lead through influence rather than just authority, and to articulate a leadership style that is as grounded in data as it is in human connection.

When you are in a room with leaders who are also confronting the "personal leadership challenge" of our times, the vulnerability and honesty are disarming. It’s a rare space where "imposter syndrome" is replaced by an "intentionality framework".

There was a specific module regarding authentic power dynamics that really clicked for me. It validated my belief that, as a leader, you don’t need to adapt your essence to the environment; you adapt your strategy to the environment while staying true to your core values. 

I would recommend this to any woman who is ready to stop "performing" and start "leading". It is not a just course; it is an excavation of your own potential. What makes it personally meaningful is that I left INSEAD not with a new set of instructions, but with a refined set of instincts.
