Human-Centric Organising in the Age of AI by Prof. Phanish Puranam | London
About this Event
You are warmly invited to attend our upcoming Masterclass, “Human-Centric Organising in the Age of AI,” in London by Professor Phanish Puranam. In addition to attending the Masterclass, our Recruitment team will provide insights into the curriculum, admissions process and career opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A session and interact with alumni during a networking reception.
Masterclass Topic: Human centric organizing in the Age of AI
Synopsis: Too many organisations still approach AI primarily as a way to cut costs by replacing people. This session will argue that this view is both short-sighted and ultimately counterproductive. It will explore why human-centric organising has never been more important and why leaders should view AI adoption as an organisational design challenge rather than simply a technology deployment exercise.
