Preparing for a first board mandate requires more than executive experience. Aspiring directors need to understand the responsibilities, dynamics and expectations that come with stepping into the boardroom.

This online info session introduces INSEAD’s Aspiring Directors Programme, designed for senior executives and high-potential leaders preparing for their first board mandate.

Led by Stanislav Shekshnia, Senior Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD, the session will explore what aspiring directors need to consider as they prepare to step into the boardroom and provide an introduction to the programme’s key themes and learning experience.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, including time to address questions related to the programme and admissions process.
