For this session, we are delighted to welcome INSEAD alumnus Henry He MBA'15D, Founder and CEO of Misslyn Cosmetics Group.

Henry’s career spans consulting, gaming, e-commerce, cross-border business, corporate innovation, and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding his company, he held leadership roles at Accenture, Ubisoft, VIP.com, and Inagora, where he worked on new business incubation, international expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.

Drawing from experiences across multinational corporations, CEO offices, international markets, and start-ups, Henry brings a unique perspective on career reinvention, entrepreneurial thinking, and long-term growth.
