The INSEAD Directors Forum, organised by INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, with the support from INSEAD Directors Network (IDN), will explore how the role of the board will have to evolve in order to deal effectively with the emerging risks and opportunities and make the right trade-off between the two. Drawing on multidisciplinary academic perspectives and rich practical experience from our speakers and participants, the Forum will focus on understanding the current volatility and the implications on boards.

Hosted by INSEAD Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprises, the INSEAD Family Enterprise Summit will address how leading business families are taking diverse strategic paths to thrive across generations—leveraging private capital to achieve sustainable growth while upholding stewardship and purpose. Discussions will also explore evolving ownership models, next generation leadership dynamics, and the alignment of capital, culture, and long term vision.
