Biography

Yuelin has lived in Singapore since 1998 after working in the USA, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He has served as a trusted advisor to Acer founder Stan Shih, his late uncle Tan Sri Frank Tsao and the Verlinvest founder.

Yuelin has extensive knowledge of and relationships with institutional investors and family offices throughout the world.
He serves on the:
• Program Committee at Pacific Pension & Investment Institute (members manage collective 25 trillion USD)
• Council at Asian Corporate Governance Association (members manage collective 40 trillion USD)
• Board at Verlinvest Asia (investment firm for an AB InBev Belgian shareholder family)

He serves on the advisory board of NUS Business School’s Centre of Governance & Sustainability.

Yuelin spent the first 9 years of his career practicing intellectual property law in Silicon Valley and as Associate General Counsel at Acer Computers before being recruited by his late uncle into IMC.

As the Chief Stewardship and Wellbeing Governance Officer for TPC, his role integrates his over 35 years' experience in C-Suite operational and P&L roles, legal, finance, corporate development, and managing joint ventures with NYSE and TSE listed partners.

Mr. Yang received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a JD from Stanford Law School.
