Vrinda Jalan is an ICF-certified (ACC, CPCC) leadership and career coach with over 15 years of experience across two of the world's leading professional organisations. She most recently led Global Coaching for Bain & Company's India and Southeast Asia offices, designing career initiatives and coaching consultants on leadership development and career transitions. Prior to Bain, she spent several years as an MBA Career Coach at INSEAD Singapore, working closely with a global cohort of students on career planning, positioning and recruitment.
Across these roles, Vrinda has coached professionals from a wide range of industries — including consulting, financial services, technology, healthcare, consumer goods, real estate and scaleups — and from equally diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds, giving her a nuanced understanding of how career decisions and growth paths differ across sectors and life stages.
