Vivi Cahyadi Himmel is the CEO & Co-founder of AltoVita, a global corporate accommodation platform that focusses on seamless booking, compliance, and cost efficiency to disrupt this $201bn legacy sector.
Vivi is responsible for growing AltoVita to $10m ARR with 53% YoY growth and is proud to have secured a high number of Fortune 500 companies as clients. She has raised over $20m to fuel this growth since inception in 2019. Vivi relocated to UAE in 2025 to focus on the 1000% upturn that AltoVita has experienced in the Middle East region, with Riyadh, Dubai and Doha now taking 3 of the top 5 location spots.
Vivi is a regular speaker at industry conferences on hospitality, global mobility, and technology.
Vivi pioneered AltoVita’s proprietary technologies, including the AltoVerse, and is listed on the 2021 Global Mobility Top 100, was named as one of Sifted’s Top 100 Female Angel Investors 2021, and is alongside VRTECH’s Top 20 Female CEOs of Vacation Rental Companies.
Outside of AltoVita, Vivi is an angel investor and a Limited Partner in several venture capital funds in the UK. She is an accomplished pianist and enjoys skiing, tennis and wine tasting.
