Biography
Victoria Bouix is an executive coach and visiting faculty at INSEAD Executive Education where she has worked on programmes such as the Global Executive MBA, the Advanced Leadership Programme and the International Directors Programme. Over the past 15 years she has had similar roles at HEC Paris, ESMT Berlin and University of St Gallen.
Drawing on a 30-year career in consulting, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, she builds long-term partnerships with senior executives and leadership teams to enhance resilience, vitality, and performance – often through development journeys designed to spark behavioral and mindset change, helping leaders embrace the challenges of tomorrow in multicultural contexts.
With a systemic lens and her expertise in leadership development, Victoria thrives on finding the key to deeper self awareness and healthy team dynamics that both leverage individual and collective strengths. With the firm belief that each individual and team is unique, she invites leaders to build on what sets them apart, while expanding their repertoire, often leading to transformative change.
Before founding her own business in 2011, Victoria worked 15 years for global organisations including Coopers & Lybrand Management Consulting, Ernst & Young and L’Oréal where she held leadership positions on country, European and global level.
In complement to her corporate career Victoria is an experienced business psychologist who completed her M.Sc. at HEC/INSEAD in Clinical Organisaional Psychology in 2001. Formally trained as an executive coach by the Tavistock in London, she has a BA in Psychology as well as a BSc in Business Administration from State University of New York, and holds her coaching certification through the EMCC.
Of Swedish nationality and based in Paris, Victoria has lived and worked across Europe, the US and the Middle East. She is passionate about leveraging cultural diversity, enabling personal and organisational transformation, and particularly supporting women on their path to attaining and succeeding in senior leadership roles.
