Victor Abou Rahal

Victor Abou Rahal is a digital transformation leader, AI strategist, and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming businesses across the public and private sectors in the Middle East. His career sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and large-scale impact.

Before joining Nerovate, Victor served as Vice President of Digital Business at ADNOC Distribution (here in Abu Dhabi), where he led enterprise-wide digital and data-driven transformation initiatives across a nationwide retail network. His work included building the digital arm, launching large-scale digital platforms such as the flagship loyalty program ADNOC Rewards, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled personalization to enhance customer engagement and operational performance.

During his Global Executive MBA at INSEAD, Victor helped build the MVP of a cross-border logistics startup Boxit4me, where he later served as CEO and led the company through a major turnaround during the COVID-19 crisis. Under his leadership, the venture stabilized, scaled, and was ultimately acquired by the global logistics group Agility, marking a successful entrepreneurial exit.

In 2023, Victor was appointed CEO of Nerovate, a Saudi-based water-technology company delivering AI-enabled and lean management solutions to the water utilities sector. He currently leads the company’s growth strategy, product innovation, and regional expansion, applying artificial intelligence, process optimization, and digital platforms to tackle critical challenges such as non-revenue water, asset performance, and operational efficiency.

Victor holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and is certified in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, and Quality Management.
