Vaibhav operates across multiple generations of family enterprises: container freight logistics across the eastern Indian seaboard (4th gen), real-estate in South India where he is the sole decision maker (3rd gen), and a family office managing wealth creation (2nd gen). On his own, he has founded a solar IPP/EPC business, a modular desalination venture focused on water security in underserved regions, and co-founded an AI venture studio for B2B digital transformation and D2C apps. There is also a scalp care venture in the works with his sister. His family manages all these enterprises while never staying in one place for more than 2 weeks.
His highlights include building an MSME-winning real-estate company known for never compromising on ethics, co-founding his family foundation's school renovation work in Karnataka, serving on the Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce managing committee, and holding multiple leadership roles in YPO (forum moderator, chapter/learning chairs). Outside of work, he is an advanced scuba diver, scratch golfer, pilates enthusiast, proud dad to 4 dogs, and an adrenaline junkie who loves anything that goes vroom vroom.
He holds a BSc in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
