Susanne is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), coaching supervisor and trainer with experience in multi-national corporations, entrepreneurial and non-profit entities. She works with individuals at all levels of management, including senior executives and board members, across multiple sectors and geographies. Her coaching approach supports clients who want to enhance effectiveness in their leadership positions; prepare for more complex leadership roles; manage their careers proactively; transition from technical expert roles to commercial leadership positions. 

Susanne is trained in neurobehavioral coaching, systemic coaching, co-active coaching and positive psychology. Partnering with her clients, she helps them to reflect on their core values and strengths, raise awareness for their impact on others, and facilitate a shift in thinking and behaviour towards their goals. Using a range of individual and 360-degree tools Susanne supports executives to integrate the results into action orientated plans. 

Based in Singapore, Susanne has worked in a global setting for over 25 years and has been coaching executives from more than 90 nationalities. She has lived in Singapore, China, France, the UK and Belgium.
