Founder and CEO, Jonda Health

Additional Information

Biography

Dr. Suhina Singh is the founder and CEO of Jonda Health, a Singapore-based health-tech company born from her lived experience as both doctor and patient. Jonda Health builds the invisible infrastructure that makes health data usable, equitable, and human again. Its flagship product, JondaX, is an AI-enabled engine that transforms unstructured health data—whether in PDFs, images, or legacy formats—into standardized, system-ready information that healthcare providers and researchers can use with confidence.

Suhina’s journey has been unconventional. She began her career as a model before pursuing medicine, completing her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. She went on to earn a Master’s in International Health Management at Imperial College Business School in London and later a Global Executive MBA at INSEAD, where she was a semi-finalist in the Venture Competition. She also completed INSEAD’s International Directors Programme and is part of the first INSEAD AI Venture Lab cohort.

Growing up in apartheid South Africa shaped her lifelong commitment to inclusivity and equity. Her work as a doctor in both public and private systems, her corporate career in Big Pharma, and her personal journey with chronic illness and caregiving all revealed the hidden cost of inaccessible health data. These experiences inspired her to found Jonda Health, with the vision of turning data chaos into clarity.

Under her leadership, Jonda Health has won the InterSystems Startup Impact Award and joined accelerator programmes run by Huawei and AWS. She also speaks globally on AI in healthcare, interoperability, and conscious leadership.
