Stella is an international career and executive coach with over 18 years of global experience gained in the UK, Middle East, Asia, EU and US markets, where she lived and supported the professional development goals of executives across various sectors. She specializes in helping career switchers when transitioning between regions or functional pivots. To date, Stella has worked with mid-level and senior level executives who need to achieve an all-star job search strategy, re-position themselves to be attractive to recruiters and incorporate modern job-hunting approaches into their international outreach for personal success. 

After setting up and growing successfully for 5 years, the Executive Career Development office at INSEAD, she founded “Inspiration Ride” in Paris, and later on partnered with Kompass Consulting in the UAE. She is currently an external coach for INSEAD and other business schools such as Cornell, Kellogg, Georgetown University and Hult and continues to work closely with leaders in key European and Middle Eastern markets. In her coaching practice, she brings her knowledge from employer recruitment practices in combination with systems psychodynamics coaching and practical strategies to offer the tools needed for navigating one’s professional journey. 

Stella is passionate about online education, advises ed-tech founders, has served on the board of the MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance (USA) and was the initiator of a regional “think tank” in 2012, the Middle East Career Development Conference. She has won the INSEAD Innovator Award and was among the 50 top career thought leaders that were invited to an exclusive  Career Summit organized by Google in 2013.
