Stella is an international executive career coach with over 20 years of experience supporting emerging leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US. She specializes in helping career switchers when transitioning between regions or facing functional pivots. To date, Stella has worked with mid-level and senior level executives who aim to achieve an all-star job search strategy, re-position themselves to be attractive to recruiters and incorporate proved approaches into their international outreach. Additionally, as a leadership development coach she supports executives in navigating challenging professional settings combining in-depth knowledge of the EMEA recruitment market with cultural awareness, systems psychodynamics coaching, practical tactics and a lot of genuine care.
After setting up and growing successfully for 5 years the Executive Career Development office at INSEAD, she founded “Inspiration Ride” and later on partnered up with Kompass Consultancy in Dubai – a leading career and leadership coaching consulting firm in the Middle East. Stella is also a trusted partner in providing career and executive coaching services to corporate clients in EMEA, as well as to established higher education institutions such as INSEAD, HEC (Paris), Georgetown University (Qatar), Kellogg – WHU (Germany), Hult International Business School (Boston, London, Dubai), and Cornell (US).
Stella is passionate about online education, advises ed-tech founders, has served on the board of the MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance (USA) and was the initiator of a regional “think tank” in 2012, the Middle East Career Development Conference. She has won the INSEAD Innovator Award and was among the 50 top career thought leaders that were invited to an exclusive Career Summit organized by Google in 2013.
