Sky Dou is a second-generation family business leader, education entrepreneur, and Forbes-featured figure, recognised on the 2022 Hurun Under 30 China Entrepreneur Watchlist. She also serves as the President of the China and Singapore Youth Committee.
She founded Blossom Edutech, a one-stop immersive education hub that co-designs programs with leading professors from the US/UK and global corporate leaders, empowering young talents academically and professionally.
With a Quantitative Finance background from Johns Hopkins University and as the youngest candidate of INSEAD’s 2025 GEMBA program, she is also advancing sustainable energy and environmental innovation through her family’s marine engineering holdings.
Her family office invests in marine engineering, specializing in offshore drilling platforms, offshore wind power, bridge and ship construction, large steel structures, and mechanical-electrical engineering. Beyond traditional industries, she actively engages in biotech venture capital, partnering with Johns Hopkins and NUS labs on cutting-edge protein pharmaceutics.
