Chief Marketing Officer
Severine Guilloux is Chief Marketing Officer at INSEAD and a member of the INSEAD Executive Committee. She is responsible for optimising marketing and sales, as well as digital technology ecosystems across INSEAD’s suite of degree and Executive Education programmes.
Severine joined INSEAD in 2008 and has held a range of senior leadership positions including Executive and Global Lead of open and online programmes, and head of the school’s Salesforce strategy and deployment. During her 20-year tenure at the school, she has managed a broad range of international and multicultural teams of professionals, consistently driving revenue and delivering exceptional results. Prior to joining INSEAD, Severine held executive roles in retail, consumer products and electronic manufacturing services in leading organisations both in France and the US. Fluent in English, French and Italian, she has deep and expert understanding of the global business education panorama and the role of technology and data-driven innovation in this fast-evolving space.
Severine holds Masters in Management degrees from EDHEC and Rennes School of Business. She has completed three Executive Education programmes at INSEAD and at the Kellogg School of Management. She also holds an Executive Master with distinction in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD.
