Sarita holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town, an INSEAD MBA, an MA from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a BA from UC Berkeley and an ICF accredited integral coaching certification. She is Founder and Director of Sandhi Solutions.

Sarita Sehgal is a partnering strategist and executive coach with nearly 25 years of experience across the United Nations, NGOs, philanthropy and private sector in Europe and Africa. Her experience ranges from L’Oreal to Richemont, UNAIDS to Grassroot Soccer, and she has advised and worked directly with CEOs, UN and government leaders, as well as activists, youth, and marginalized communities.
Over the last decade, Sarita has combined her social impact work with coaching and research to design a unique portfolio career that straddles academia and practice.
As Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business (GSB), her research focuses on cross-sector partnering and how to navigate adversity, maximize value and transform systems. She teaches on collaboration, communication and leadership at the GSB, Grenoble Ecole de Management, Geneva Graduate Institute, Gordon Insitute of Business Science and the Sustainability Institute.
As Associate Director at The Partnering Initiative, Sarita combines research, coaching, facilitation and strategic advisory for organizations such as FAO, Wellcome, CGIAR, The Smithsonian and the SUN Movement. She also serves as Deputy Chair of the Board of the Reos Institute which focuses on radical collaboration for systems change.
As a Coach, Sarita’s focus is on helping her clients to find meaning and excellence in their lives and careers. She works in a spirit of energetic co-creation, tailoring her approach depending on what her client aims to achieve, supporting them to leverage inner work for external transformation.

Of Lithuanian and Indian heritage, and a former professional dancer, Sarita lives between Geneva and Cape Town, studies Asian philosophy and is passionate about Argentine Tango and Cuban Salsa.
