Sagnik Nath is the founder of Dalil AI, an AI-powered CRM platform built for teams that want signal over noise. An INSEAD MBA (23J) graduate with a background in engineering and product, he previously worked at Microsoft, where he helped build components of the Azure Data Lake, gaining experience with cloud-scale data infrastructure. He later co-founded Rooter, which grew into one of India’s leading gaming and e-sports platforms, operating at large consumer scale. Sagnik has since worked across AI, cloud, and enterprise software initiatives and is currently focused on building and scaling Dalil AI as a sustainable, revenue-generating SaaS business.
Dalil is an AI-first CRM built as a complete sales operating model, replacing traditional CRMs and eliminating administrative overhead. It includes an AI sales assistant available inside the CRM and on WhatsApp, enabling sales teams to manage pipelines, create records, notes, and tasks using voice or simple text messages. Dalil centralizes and analyzes communications across WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate AI scores, summaries, sentiment, and risk signals, helping teams identify watch points and next steps. As an end-to-end sales engine, Dalil also natively automates most CRM actions and supports multi-channel outbound prospecting across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn—without the need for separate tools.
