Robin Pho

Robin Pho is the Country Head for Indonesia at EDP Renewables. EDP Renewables is a global leader in the renewable energy sector and the fourth largest producer worldwide, currently present in 28 international markets. 

Prior to EDP Renewables, he was the founder and CEO of Right People Renewable Energy (RPRE) which specialises in helping commercial and industrial clients switch from dirty fossil fuels to clean renewable solar energy, working mainly on off-grid projects in remote locations across Indonesia. Robin strongly believes in sustainability and that businesses can be a force for good, and should be guided by the triple bottom line of People, Planet, Profit. In 2019, his company RPRE was the first B Corp certified cleantech company in South East Asia and he continues to serve as a B Corp Ambassador. 

Robin is a long time member of the Family Business Network Asia (FBNA) and serves on the Board of Directors. He chairs the Family Business as a Force For Good (FBFFG) working group in FBNA. He is also the founder and director for another nonprofit called SG Obituaries.

He is a certified member of MENSA, graduated from the Singapore Management University (SMU) with double majors in marketing and law, and has an Executive Diploma in Directorship from the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). He attained his certification as a Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional in 2017, and later graduated with a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD where he was awarded the INSEAD Scholarship of Excellence. He later returned to INSEAD and completed the INSEAD International Directors’ Program (IDP) in 2021.  

Robin is married, and is a father of twin boys, who inspire and motivate him to make the planet a better place for future generations.
