Founder & former CEO of Cloud Cycle, a pioneering concrete intelligence platform, that is currently operating across 8 countries, he secured 2 of the world’s 4 concrete majors as customers, raised $7M as CEO. Today Cloud Cycle is seeing 100% year-on-year growth, and has zero customer churn.
He expanded his expertise in the GCC as Entrepreneur in Residence in NEOM’s venture studio, working on giga-projects and launching new tech ventures. Today, as head of VP Ventures, Phillip is currently supporting more than $45M in active fundraising for global ConTech companies entering the region, leading the formation of joint ventures between international ConTech and GCC holding companies, and is deploying 6 high-value contech solutions alongside Cloud Cycle.
Phillip’s broader mission is clear: deploy $1B in construction technology across the Gulf, raise $1B of local capital for the sector, and deliver at least $5B in ROI for the region’s construction industry.
