Patricia's practice is grounded in leadership and career development, working with leaders, teams, and organizations. For over 10 years, she has led her own leadership advisory boutique, supporting leadership development, executive succession, and career transitions by integrating coaching, mentoring, and assessments, backed by a systems psychodynamic approach and constructive-developmental theory.

Previously, Patricia was a partner with international leadership consulting and executive search firms in Brazil and the United States, leading the Financial Services and Private Equity practices. She directed talent acquisition for a tech startup invested by SoftBank, General Atlantic, and Goldman Sachs.

Patricia holds an Executive Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, with a thesis titled: "Authentic Career Narratives – Using video ethnography to develop a conceptual framework for evaluating authenticity in career narratives." She is a guest lecturer on career and leadership development at leading business schools in São Paulo, including FGV and Insper. She also serves as volunteer Career Services Director on the executive committee of the INSEAD Alumni Association Brazil and is a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD).

As a coach, Patricia helps her clients build the self-awareness, presence, and authorship to lead and choose their next career move with authenticity. Having sat on the other side of the table in executive search and talent acquisition, Patricia brings a rare, insider's understanding of how hiring, compensation, and market movement really work.

Patricia currently lives in São Paulo, Brazil, with her family, and has lived and worked in the United States on two occasions, in Chicago and Miami.
