Onur Kirazci

Onur Kirazci is the Founder and CEO of Stafio.ai, an AI-native Talent Operating System, a B2B platform for talent intelligence and recruitment automation serving enterprises across the GCC and Europe. A global technology executive with 25+ years of experience and 15+ years based in the Middle East, Onur brings expertise in executive management, technology leadership, and operational excellence. Prior to founding Stafio.ai, he held global and regional executive leadership positions at Motorola, Nokia, and Cisco. Over the last two years, he has focused on AI product leadership, building multiple AI-native products for talent acquisition and workforce intelligence. He holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Master's from George Washington University, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from ITU.
