Nathalie is a career and executive coach with a passion for helping people reach their full potential, based on a deep understanding of their strengths, skills, experience, challenges and aspirations. She has been a coach for INSEAD MBAs, EMBAs and alumni for the last 12 years. Based in London, she frequently meets her coachees from her garden studio, helping individuals clarify their career goals and navigate crucial transitions in their journey. She has also conducted hundreds of CV reviews for MBAs and EMBAs over the last 8 years.
More recently, she has also been dedicated to coaching senior professional women wanting to return to work after an extended career break, playing a crucial role in the introduction and growth of ‘returnships’ at Top 500 listed companies in the UK.
Her background in Management Consultancy at both Arthur D. Little (London and Singapore) and Accenture (Australia and the UK) has given her an appreciation of career challenges that senior executives face across industries and at various stages of their careers. Since setting up her own professional development business in 2001, Nathalie has specialized in coaching, senior leadership development and communication skills.
