Dean of Apple University
Morten is the Dean of Apple University, the education arm of Apple that serves all of its employees. Previously, he was a management professor at University California, Berkeley and at INSEAD (France) and Harvard Business School.
Morten’s scholarship has focused on leadership, collaboration and innovation and has been published in leading academic journals. He is the author of the bestselling books Great at Work, Great by Choice (with Jim Collins) and Collaboration.
Prior to his academic career, Morten was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. A native of Norway, Morten holds a PhD from Stanford University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
