Based in Dublin, Merve brings 11 years of leadership experience at Google and more than 1,000 hours of coaching across 37+ nationalities to her clients. She started her career in management consulting before her INSEAD MBA, then spent over a decade at Google in global commercial leadership roles, including Head of Customer Success for Global Clients, Head of EMEA Google Workspace Sales, and Head of Partnerships for Data and Measurement, building and leading teams through scale, reorganization, and constant change. She knows the corporate career journey from the inside: the promotions, the pivots, the plateaus, and the question that eventually visits everyone, "is this still the right path for me?"
As a Coach, Merve partners with clients to get clarity on what they actually want before optimizing how to get it, drawing on purpose and career alignment work (including IKIGAI-based methodologies), DISC profiling, and practical career skills: positioning and personal branding, CV and LinkedIn strategy, networking, interviewing, and negotiation. Her clients range from executives navigating transitions and professionals relocating across borders to founders at every stage of the journey, from first idea to what comes after the exit.
Merve also designs and delivers leadership development programs for corporate clients, from team workshops and offsites using LEGO® Serious Play® to manager development and executive team facilitation.
Born in Istanbul and having lived in six countries, Merve gets her energy from her husband Chris and their two children, teaching yoga and Pilates, leading a hiking group, running an international book club, and her daily swim, where most of her best coaching questions seem to surface somewhere around the twentieth lap.
