Mark Shmulevich is a Singapore-based entrepreneur, investor, and board director with over two decades of experience spanning technology and venture capital.
He is Managing Partner at Aloniq, a leading early-stage deep tech investment firm with over 30 investments and three exits globally. The areas where Aloniq works include cybersecurity, space technologies, computing, and AI.
Prior to venture capital, Mark held C-level executive roles in the software businesses, including at Acronis and two AI-focused scale-ups.
Mark is an INSEAD IDP-C certified director and serves on the committee of the INSEAD International Directors Network (IDN) in Singapore.
He has been on the boards of SGTech and the Singapore MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Innovation Centre, as well as several technology startups at various stages of growth. His board work spans strategy, digital transformation, and governance across both institutional and entrepreneurial settings.
He is actively involved in Singapore's innovation ecosystem and maintains a global network across academia, business, and the investor community. He holds a deep interest in how boards can effectively navigate emerging technologies to drive organisational transformation.
