Chief Advancement Officer
Mark Roberts is Chief Advancement Officer at INSEAD and a member of the INSEAD Executive Committee.
Mark has over 30 years of international experience in the education and consulting sectors, with a particular focus on executive education and organisational change. During Mark’s previous tenure at INSEAD, between 2009 and 2021, he held several leadership roles including Chief Transformation Officer and Associate Dean, Executive Education. From 2021 until 2025, Mark served as Senior Associate Dean of Executive Education at Columbia Business School, where he repositioned the executive education offer and reshaped the organisation, as well as the business. His leadership was marked by the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, cultural transformation and operational excellence, leading to significant achievements by his team.
Mark rejoined INSEAD in 2026 and brings a deep understanding of the education sector and a strong network across top business schools. This is combined with his proven leadership, strategic vision and stakeholder management skills, as well as his ability to drive organisational change to achieve results.
