Biography
Lucie Charkin is a curator, art educator, and founder of Artful Method, combining Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) and Social-Emotional-Ethical (SEE) coaching to ignite creativity and foster connection. With a Master's in Cultural History and over two decades of global experience across China, Hong Kong, London, Qatar, and the San Francisco Bay Area, she has spearheaded transformative cultural projects, including establishing Beijing’s first public art gallery in the Forbidden City.
Recognized for her innovative approach to arts partnerships and philanthropy, Lucie advises private clients, businesses, and organizations on integrating art into their environments and culture. She also facilitates VTS for The New York Times Learning Network. Driven by a deep belief in art’s power to inspire and unite, Lucie helps communities and organizations unlock their creative potential.
