In her practice Lola focuses on getting her clients to explore what really matters to them and supports them in leveraging this self awareness to establish their vision moving forward—all the whilst working on the areas that may be holding them back. Working with senior executives from diverse cultures and countries has brought Lola a wealth of experience and practical specialization in the sociocultural aspects of leadership development.Her experience spans from coaching ‘C’ suite clients on how to further enhance their development—and that of others working for them—to helping teams build cohesiveness so as to deliver better outcomes. Lola also consults on organizational culture and designs customized leadership training workshops for organizations.
Lola ‘s first career was as a senior Magistrate in the judiciary; it is her passion for people and their personal and professional development that saw her transition to becoming a part-time voluntary worker in a refugee centre, later taking-up studies in leadership and coaching. For the past 10 years, Lola has been delivering executive coaching and leadership development training to Senior executives in Multinationals in Hong kong, Malaysia, Singapore , Indonesia, France.
