Chair of Boards Impact Forum and member of the global board at the Climate Governance Initiative Chair and Non-Executive Director in listed and private companies
Liselotte Engstam is the Chair of Boards Impact Forum, the Nordic chapter of the Climate Governance Initiative in collaboration with World Economic Forum. She is also a member of the global board at the Climate Governance Initiative and serves as Chair and Non-Executive Director at four listed and two private companies.
As founder of Digoshen, a think thank hosting board networks, advising boards, performing academic research, she has co-authored the book ”Leading a Board - Chairs' practices across Europe” with INSEAD Professor Shekshnia, and the book “AI Leadership for Boards”. In 2021 she was appointed one of the top 100 globally in Modern Corporate Governance.
Liselotte has a Master of Science in Engineering and Sustainability, is certified international board director IDP-C from INSEAD, and is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School.
