Guest Lecturer, Author Case Writer, Programme Director & Designer
Strategic thinking is a critical skill for the 21st century, relating to solving complex problems, being creative and identifying opportunities to achieve greater performance. I have a passion for helping people to become more strategic in their professional lives through robust methodologies to think critically, experiment, and build their leadership capabilities.
I'm a double award winning Author, Case Writer (100+ cases), Programme Director & Designer, with a strong track record in designing and evolving immersive, experiential and highly impactful classroom and blended programs for executives and students.
My research background is multidimensional combining: strategy, digital transformation and using data to create value for firms, innovation, and leadership. I have worked globally, across a number of sectors: FMCG, financial services, defense, energy, luxury, healthcare and public sector/local government.
My experience includes:
- Design and management of executive education and degree programs (digital/blended/F2F) for CEO/Board, senior and mid-level executives, high potential talent, and degree level students
- Development of teaching materials, particularly case studies and digital learning materials for London Business School, INSEAD & IMD as well as advising individual faculty on case writing
- Academic/management practice research for articles and books
- Significant program directing experience, working with virtual and f2f teams
- Coaching and facilitation of executives at all levels
- Consulting on a range of strategic and business development initiatives
