The basis for every good relationship is that people feel seen and heard. So often we are preoccupied by our memory or desires, resulting in frustration and miscommunication.
Linda being a shareholder of her family firm now for over 30 years, she lived the dynamics at play within a family business. These dynamics can be even more complicated then within a non-family business, due to the fact that we are family and have a longer history together, so more memory and more desires.
Linda is born and raised in the Netherlands, is married to an entrepreneur and has a son that is finding his own path in life. In her spare time, Linda loves to play in the ocean with other surf minded people.
