For more than 20 years, Leila has been partnering and supporting individuals and leadership teams in understanding business needs and contexts, developing their leadership skills, creating high performance, coaching and mentoring cultures, designing learning and development, talent management strategies, systems and processes that lead to delivering successful holistic and tailored frameworks, programmes and projects. She is passionate about Individual and Systemic Team coaching and coaches, mentors and facilitates leadership development workshops to professionals at every organisational level, from C-suite to Entry level graduates.
Leila has worked in the UK, Europe, MENA, Turkey and Asia both in public and private sectors; an international experience gained in Global Financial Services, Government, Oil & Gas, Energy, HR Consultancy, Executive Education, FMCG, Manufacturing, Power Plant, Airline, Transportation, Retail, Hospitality and Real Estate industries.
For the past seven years, Leila’s role has been building Kompass Consultancy; a successful innovative global talent management consultancy specialising in enabling individuals, organisations and educational institutions to achieve performance excellence and career success. Leila is also the Business Partner/ Head of the Academy of Executive Coaching UAE in the UAE, GCC and Levant regions. Her areas of interest and expertise are: Coaching, Women in Leadership, Mentoring, Talent Management and Organisational Development.
