Biography
Kyle Jacques Rose is an Executive in Residence at INSEAD’s Healthcare Management Initiative. He received his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University and his MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
Mr. Rose is the founder of Delta PM Diabetes where he serves as managing director. His main interest is diabetes and he advises a number of organizations in this sector focusing on innovation in diabetes therapy, patient community collaboration, and awareness/training of health care professionals. He is particularly interested in the aspect of patient engagement and motivation for better treatment outcomes.
Mr. Rose lectures in the MBA and Executive Education programmes about his experiences innovating as an entrepreneur in healthcare. He has worked in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry for more than a decade with leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies including Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Sanofi. He also has worked with many NGOs such as Team Type 1 and Team Type 2 (now Team Novo Nordisk) where he was a founding team member, director, and cyclist. Much of his work today involves market access initiatives in Europe, N. America, and the Middle East working towards the reimbursement of new diabetes medication/therapy by payers, both public and private.
Prior to joining INSEAD's Health Care Management Initiative, Kyle Jacques served as presenting faculty at the Stanford University School of Medicine and College of Engineering BioDesign Program. He divides his time between the United States and Europe and speaks regularly to medical and patient communities at diabetes conferences around the world.
