Kun Jiang is an entrepreneur, investor, and INSEAD Entrepreneur in Residence who believes the most meaningful businesses are born from real human pain points.
She began her career in law, investment banking, and private equity, before moving into entrepreneurship. She founded BioMark, a healthcare diagnostics and analytics platform that expanded across five countries, serving thousands of clinics and millions of patients.
Through lived experience and listening to mothers, she identified a gap in postpartum care — where clinical support existed, but the emotional and recovery journey was often overlooked. Seeing an untapped, blue ocean opportunity in Vietnam, she founded The Joyful Nest, the country’s first luxury postpartum sanctuary, combining medical excellence with deeply personalized, restorative care.
Today, she is focused on expanding The Joyful Nest, while mentoring and investing in businesses across Southeast Asia that turn real-world challenges into meaningful, scalable impact.
