Chair, INSEAD Board of Directors
Kristin Skogen Lund earned her MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, in July 1992, following a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
Kristin brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience to the INSEAD Board. She is the outgoing CEO of Schibsted ASA. Previously, she has held significant roles such as Director General of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, EVP at Telenor, and CEO of several Schibsted brands. Her extensive background includes management and leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company and Unilever across various European locations. Additionally, Kristin has served on the boards of prominent companies including Ericsson, Orkla, Adevinta, and Autostore.
Currently, Kristin is Chair of the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra, Delivery Hero, and the Norwegian Refugee Council, and serves as a board member of Mozilla.
Her extensive experience overseeing diverse organisations reflects her exceptional leadership and strategic expertise.
Kristin is the fourth INSEAD alumnus to become Chairperson of the INSEAD Board, a position she assumed on September 1, 2024. In this role, she collaborates closely with the current board members to advance the school’s global strategy and ensure its continued success.
