Associate Professor, Investor, and Founder of Neo Aeronautics
Dr. Neo Kok Beng is an award-winning engineer, educator & entrepreneur specializing in technology innovation & commercialization.
He is a Fellow of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organization and served on the Singapore’s Engineering Accreditation Board. He received the President’s Design Award, Prime Minister’s Community Award, US Veterans Affairs Innovation Initiative Award, Harvard Kennedy School Service Award, Global Entrepreneurship Winner (bizBarcelona) and NUS Innovation & Entrepreneurship Awards.
He has been visiting/adjunct professors in global universities, including Harvard, Stanford, and Indian School of Business, Karzan Federal, NUS, SUTD and SMU. He is also the 2019 Visiting Professor in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship for United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
He is co-founder/Chairman/investors of deep-tech ventures such as Medical Technology (AWAK, Breathonix, E3A, Roceso) and Engineering (BeeX, E2S2, TinyMOS, NEO Aeronautics, Fronka).
He worked for Singapore Technologies group from 1991 to 2002, raising from system engineer to Vice-President (New Business & Planning) in Corporate Investments, Aerospace, Electronics and the Information Technology business sectors.
